HOMERIGHT PRIVACY STATEMENT
HomeRight respects the privacy of users of HomeRight.com (the "Site").
This Privacy Statement discloses how we collect and use information
on the Site, and the choices that you can make about the way your
information is collected and used.
1. INFORMATION COLLECTION AND USE
Portions of the Site permit users to purchase HomeRights products
and to contact HomeRight with requests for information regarding
our stores or the Site. These portions of the Site require users
to provide personally identifiable contact information and payment
information. Additionally, users who make online purchases may set
up a user account and password. HomeRight uses the information you
provide for the purposes stated at the point of collection. For
example, HomeRight uses credit card information to process payment
for online orders, and uses contact information to respond to a
users inquiry, or to contact a user when the user has expressed
interest in being contacted. HomeRight may also use this information
to contact users in the future with respect to promotional offers.
Users who have provided information in the past may opt-out of receiving
future information by complying with the opt-out procedures described
below in Section 2.
Sale of Information / Assets
HomeRight does not generally sell or rent personally identifiable
user information collected about or from our users. In the event
that HomeRight sells or acquires business assets or concerns, in
whole or in part, HomeRight may transfer user information in conjunction
with such sale or acquisition.
Cookies/IP Addresses
The Site does not use cookies. HomeRight does not normally track
or link IP addresses to any personally identifiable information.
HomeRight, however, can and will use IP addresses to identify a
user when we feel it is necessary to enforce compliance with the
Sites Terms of Use or to protect
our service, the Site, our customers or others, or in response to
requests or subpoenas by law-enforcement authorities.
2. CONSENT TO PRIVACY STATEMENT/OPT-OUT
By providing the information requested by the Site, or by continuing
to use the Site after having an opportunity to review the Privacy
Statement, you have consented to the terms of the Privacy Statement,
and HomeRights use of the information it collects as described
at the point of collection or in this Privacy Statement. If you
do not agree to the Privacy Statement, you may not use the Site.
HomeRight reserves the right to modify the Privacy Statement at
any time without giving you prior notice. Your use of the Site following
any such modification constitutes your agreement to follow and be
bound by the Privacy Statement as modified. For this reason, we
encourage you to review the Privacy Statement whenever you use the
Site. The last date the Privacy Statement was revised is set forth
below.
The Site provides users who have requested information from HomeRight
the opportunity to opt-out of receiving future communications from
us. If you do not wish to receive future communications from us,
please e-mail your request to info@homeright.com.
3. ACCESS/CORRECTION OF YOUR INFORMATION
You may access the data collected by HomeRight about you by sending
a request to the addresses listed below. If you believe that an
error has been made in the accuracy of the data collected from you,
you may request that the information be corrected by sending a request
to the addresses below. HomeRight will correct the error upon adequate
verification of the error and the identity of the person seeking
the correction. Please understand that in order to protect your
privacy and security, we may need to take reasonable steps to verify
your identity before granting access or making corrections.

4. INTEGRITY/SECURITY OF THE DATA COLLECTED
The Shopping Cart portion of the Site uses secure socket layer ("SSL")
security technology. No technology, however, can guarantee that
information you transmit will be 100% safe from interception or
misappropriation. Therefore, HomeRight cannot ensure or warrant
the security of any information collected by us, transmitted over
the Internet, or maintained in your user profile, including information
transmitted using the Shopping Cart portion of the Site. You agree
that any data transmission you make or receive through the Site
is at your own risk. Portions of the Site other than the Shopping
Cart portion do not employ security technology.
If you set up a user account and password, we recommend that you
do not divulge your password to anyone. You agree that you are solely
responsible for maintaining the secrecy of your password and any
information in your user account.
5. MISCELLANEOUS PROVISIONS
Children and Privacy
The Site is not intended for use by children. HomeRight encourages
parents and guardians to be familiar with the web sites that their
children visit. The Federal Trade Commission ("FTC") regulates
the means by which web site operators collect and use personal information
from children under 13, pursuant to the Childrens Online Privacy
Protection Act of 1998 (the "Act"). For more information

Links to Other Sites
The Site contains links to other web sites. Each of these linked
web sites maintains its own independent privacy policies. HomeRight
does not control and is not responsible for the privacy policies
or the content of those web sites. When you leave the Site and access
the web sites of third parties, the privacy policies of the parties
maintaining those web sites apply.
Disclaimer of Liability
Under no circumstances shall HomeRight be liable for any damages,
including, but not limited to, special, incidental, consequential
or exemplary damages, that result from the use of the information
or materials posted to or collected as a result of the users
accessing the Site, even if HomeRight has been advised of the possibility
of such damages. This and the other sections in this Privacy Statement
should be read in conjunction with and are subject to the Terms
of Use.

If for some reason you believe that HomeRight has not adhered to

HomeRight will endeavor to respond to your concerns and, when appropriate,
